Le ministre des Domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res, M. Mohamed Rekik, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 vendredi apr\u00e8s-midi au si\u00e8ge du minist\u00e8re une s\u00e9ance de travail regroupant les hauts cadres du d\u00e9partement consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la lecture et la r\u00e9vision du projet du code des biens de l\u2019Etat au vu des observations \u00e9mises par les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le ministre a exprim\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de voir le nouveau code des biens de l\u2019Etat renforcer le r\u00f4le majeur du bien domanial dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement en tant que moyen important pour la cr\u00e9ation de la richesse surtout dans des nouveaux secteurs en l\u2019occurrence la production de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, et de consolider ce r\u00f4le social en mettant en place de nouveaux m\u00e9canismes d\u2019exploitation au service des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s collectives, des \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire et du partenariat public-priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M. Rekik a lou\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9ation du domaine saharien en tant que domaine public, dans l\u2019objectif de raffermir l\u2019int\u00e9gration du territoire national et sa protection par sa mise en valeur dans un cadre juridique respectant les principes de la croissance durable, la transparence et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
