– Vu le d\u00e9cret Beylical du 18 Juin 1918 relatif \u00e0 la gestion et \u00e0 l’ali\u00e9nation du domaine priv\u00e9 immobilier de l’Etat et par application de l’article 6;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vu l’article 16 du code des droits r\u00e9els;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vu le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 96-1495 du 02 Septembre 1996 portant d\u00e9limitation du domaine priv\u00e9 de l’Etat dans les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du gouvernorat du Kef<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Vu le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 96-2040 du 23 Octobre 1996 relatif au report des op\u00e9rations de reconnaissance et de d\u00e9limitation dans  les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du gouvernorat du Kef<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La commission de reconnaissance et   de d\u00e9limitation des terrains relevant du domaine priv\u00e9 de l’Etat du gouvernorat du Kef<\/strong> porte \u00e0 la connaissance du public qu’en date du 24\/01\/2025<\/strong>,les rapports de d\u00e9limitation des terrains indiqu\u00e9s au tableau ci-apr\u00e8s, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s au si\u00e8ge du gouvernorat du Kef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toute personne pr\u00e9tendant avoir des droits sur ces terrains, doit les d\u00e9clarer et consigner ses titres de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 au bureau de la dite commission, sis au si\u00e8ge du gouvernorat du Kef, dans un d\u00e9lai de six (06) mois \u00e0 partir de la date du d\u00e9p\u00f4t des rapports  de d\u00e9limitation au si\u00e8ge du gouvernorat et  de sa publication au JORT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
