minist\u00e8re des domaines de l&rsquo;Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res informe,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; que dans le cadre de la r\u00e9gularisation du groupement r\u00e9sidentielsitu\u00e9 en ville de <strong>HBIRA<\/strong> gouvernorat de <strong>Mahdia<\/strong>, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du d\u00e9cret gouvernemental n\u00b0 2018-504 du 7 juin 2018, fixant les conditions et modalit\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation des anciens regroupements r\u00e9sidentiels b\u00e2tis sur le domaine priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat<strong>,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; les r\u00e9sidents de cette cit\u00e9 qui remplissent les conditions de r\u00e9gularisation stipul\u00e9es dans le d\u00e9cret gouvernemental mentionn\u00e9 sont tenus de pr\u00e9senter, \u00e0 la direction r\u00e9gionale des domaines de l&rsquo;Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res de Mahdia, leurs demandes de r\u00e9gularisation de la situation fonci\u00e8re de leurs b\u00e2timents r\u00e9sidentiels b\u00e2tis sur le domaine priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; Les demandes de r\u00e9gularisation doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es des pi\u00e8ces suivantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une copie de la carte d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 nationale du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire du r\u00e8glement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cas de r\u00e8glement au profit des h\u00e9ritiers: une copie des pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de tous les h\u00e9ritiers et une copie du certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s de leur d\u00e9funt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cas de d\u00e9livrance d\u2019une procuration: la procuration doit \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de la Recette des Finances et mentionne clairement l&rsquo;autorisation d&rsquo;accomplir les d\u00e9marches n\u00e9cessaires au processus de r\u00e8glement et de conclure le contrat de vente pour r\u00e8glement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les pi\u00e8ces justificatives relatives \u00e0 la disposition du bien (contrat de vente, contrat de cession, contrat de donation,&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les pi\u00e8ces prouvant que l&rsquo;immeuble d&rsquo;habitation objet de la r\u00e9gularisation est construit avant l&rsquo;an 2000, tel qu&rsquo;un document de raccordement au r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;eau, un document de raccordement au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique, un document de paiement de l\u2019imp\u00f4t impos\u00e9 aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s b\u00e2ties datant d&rsquo;avant l&rsquo;an 2000, un document de l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 locale ou r\u00e9gionale attestant que l&rsquo;immeuble d&rsquo;habitation
