Mohamed R\u00e9kik, et Mme Sarra Zaafrani Zenzri, ministre de l\u2019\u00e9quipement et de l\u2019habitat ont pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 lundi 05 septembre 2022 une s\u00e9ance de travail conjointe en pr\u00e9sence des chefs de cabinet et des hauts cadres des deux d\u00e9partements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ladite r\u00e9union a port\u00e9 sur les points suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le dossier du logement social et les proc\u00e9dures de cession des biens domaniaux au profit des promoteurs immobiliers et des conseils r\u00e9gionaux.<\/li><li>Le suivi du dossier relatif aux immeubles mena\u00e7ant ruine des biens des \u00e9trangers relevant de la SNIT.<\/li><li>Le suivi des proc\u00e9dures se rapportant \u00e0 l\u2019octroi des permis d\u2019exploitation des carri\u00e8res ainsi que les retomb\u00e9es des annulations des contrats d\u2019exploitation des carri\u00e8res de type industriel propri\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fin de la s\u00e9ance, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu ce qui suit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une \u00e9tude approfondie des probl\u00e9matiques relatives au dossier des logements sociaux accompagn\u00e9e des solutions juridiques et proc\u00e9durales n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li><li>La mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un plan de travail entre les deux minist\u00e8res en coordination avec les repr\u00e9sentants des autorit\u00e9s locales et r\u00e9gionales concern\u00e9es au sujet des biens des \u00e9trangers et des immeubles mena\u00e7ant ruine.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre des domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res, M.
